Paradise 26 — All Sales Final

All Paradise 26 Collector Display Discs are made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at paradise26ws@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue, if available.

After verifying the issue, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

No return is required. You may keep or safely dispose of the affected item.

If a replacement is unavailable, or a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

Shipping Delays and Undelivered Orders

If we cannot ship your order within the applicable shipping timeframe, we will provide the cancellation, delay-consent, or refund options required by law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
