Shipping Availability

Paradise 26 currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

There is no minimum order value.

Order Processing & Production

Every Paradise 26 Collector Display Disc is manufactured on demand after an order is placed.

Orders are automatically submitted for production after payment confirmation.

Production and processing time are separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times include both production and shipping.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes may be displayed at checkout or provided in your order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to production schedules, shipping carrier operations, weather, holidays, and destination.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated, we will provide the notifications and options required by applicable law.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Because orders are processed automatically, we cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipping has begun.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at paradise26ws@gmail.com.

We will investigate the shipment and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at paradise26ws@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage, if available.

Damaged products are eligible for a free replacement after verification. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
