Our online store uses Shopify to support its e-commerce operations.

3. Our Products

Paradise 26 offers physical collector display discs intended for decorative and collectible purposes.

Important product information:

• Our collector display discs are decorative physical collectibles.
• They do not contain playable game data.
• They are not video games or functional game discs.
• Purchasing a collector display disc does not provide access to any digital game, software, download, or gaming service.

Product photographs and digital previews are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations in color, print appearance, and finish may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen settings.

Such variations do not exclude any rights customers may have in relation to defective or misdescribed products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Paradise 26 is an independent collectible brand and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any third-party video game publisher or developer.

4. Product Availability and Made-to-Order Production

Paradise 26 Collector Display Discs are produced after an order is placed.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders where reasonably necessary, including where a product cannot be produced or supplied.

If we are unable to fulfill a paid order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate order information, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Customers should carefully review their orders before completing checkout.

6. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

The applicable product price is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.

Paradise 26 currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered to addresses within the United States.

Any applicable taxes or other mandatory charges will be disclosed during checkout where required.

Payments are processed through payment services made available through our online store.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every customer.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Paradise 26 currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

All eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase amount.

Products are made to order and require production and processing before shipment.

Any delivery dates or transit estimates shown during checkout or in order communications are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within applicable timeframes.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will notify affected customers and provide any required delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options.

Customers should contact paradise26ws@gmail.com promptly if they discover an error in their shipping information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final, except where a remedy is required by applicable law or expressly provided in our policies.

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for changes of mind.

We do not offer a general customer-initiated cancellation option after an order has been placed.

However, this restriction does not apply where cancellation or a refund is required by law, including applicable rules governing delayed or unfulfilled orders.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact paradise26ws@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue, if available.

After verifying the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Customers are not required to return the affected item. They may keep it or dispose of it safely.

If a replacement is unavailable, or if applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or has not been delivered, please contact paradise26ws@gmail.com.

We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, work with our fulfillment or shipping providers to investigate.

We will provide any replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms automatically transfers the risk of non-delivery to the customer merely because a package has been handed to a carrier.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Paradise 26 name, original branding, website content, graphics, product designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Paradise 26.
